Material:

2 kg of mutton mixed with bone (ribs, lemusir, brisket, thigh)
4 liters of water

Blended spices:

1/8 bj nutmeg
5 garlic
2 btg lemongrass, hit
10 pcs of shallots
1 teaspoon
250ml thick coconut milk
1 pcs of onion, thinly sliced.
3 cm ginger
2 pcs bay leaves
4 ctr clove, o’clock
3 cm turmeric
5 cm galangal
5 cm cinnamon
5 green cardamom green
1 tablespoon round pepper
4 tablespoons of orange leaves
3 tablespoons coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

How to Make:

1. Boil water, add lamb meat, let it boil again, give orange leaves, bay leaves, cinnamon, and cloves.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, add the lemongrass until fragrant briefly, add the onion, stir-fry until wilted, add the spices, stir-fry until fragrant and cooked, give a little meat sauce, stir.
3. Pour the seasoning into the meat pan, continue to boil until the meat is tender.
4. Pour thick coconut milk, boil once more.
5. Lift.
6. Serve with fried onions and pickles or pickles to taste.
