Onde One Mande Chicken Shrimp Recipe
Have you ever eaten Onde-onde? This cake tastes good because it’s made of minced chicken and minced shrimp. Shrimp chicken cakes, as we call them, are indeed made as small snacks, but they can also be served as a complement to our daily side dishes or even Eid al-Fitr cakes.
The ingredients for making onde-onde shrimp are very easy to obtain, both in traditional and modern markets. This delicious shrimp chicken onde-onde is also eaten using mayonnaise or spicy chili sauce as a casual companion with the family.
2 tablespoons cornstarch
The oil for frying
250 grams of chopped shrimp
150 grams of chopped chicken
1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 grams of white sesame
2 cloves of garlic puree
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 egg white
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoons sugar
chili sauce, bottled or mayonnaise
How to Make:
1. Mix shrimp with chicken, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar, stir well.
2. Enter the egg whites, cornstarch and cooking oil, stir well for the dough into 16 parts, form a ball and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the oil, coat the balls with sesame and fry until browned.
4. Serve warm with chili sauce or mayonnaise.
