500 gram flour
200-250 ml water
butter 40 grams
1 teaspoon sugar
salt 2 teaspoons
How to Make:
1. First mix water, sugar, & salt, stir well.
2. Then add 20 grams of butter, stir until smooth.
3. Then prepare the flour in the dough compost, pour the water mixture little by little while stirring until blended. Knead until the dough is smooth.
4. Round the dough & rest for 20 minutes. Cut & weigh the dough 50 grams, round it.
